It's All About the Drums...

My latest project, It's All About the Drums, is a compilation of music and artists I've had the pleasure of accompanying over the years. You will find any number of different musical styles and quite a few of my various percussion instruments included. Look for styles ranging from Singer-Songwriter, Celtic and Middle Eastern to Rock and Roll. I have also thrown in a fun drum solo, as well as a song that I wrote and performed.

Meet The Strangelings...
I would like to announce that I am very excited about my new band called The Strangelings. It's a Super Group of sorts made up of many greats from the Folk Community: Pete and Maura Kennedy, Chris Thompson, Ken Anderson and Rebecca Hall as well as the incredible fiddle player, Eric Lee. The band made its first appearance at The 2007 Falcon Ridge Folk Festival and it's already shaping up to be a fun year ahead for The Strangelings. Who or what group can you compare us to? I am very excited to announce a new live DVD and CD which were recorded on Feb. 13, 2007, with my good friend, Charlie Zahm, as well as some very special guests. This is entitled Charlie Zahm: An Evening of Classic Melodies (2007). It was recorded by The Franklin Springs Family Media of Nashville. They came to The Milburn Stone Theater in North East, MD. A great time was had by all!
